If you do not already have the names of the people who will be receiving the awards, this would be a good time to get them. You may also want to think about what it is you would like the award to say (although we will be supplying you with classic wording samples to choose from).If a company logo or other graphic is to appear on the award, you should have this Zipped or Stuffed on your computer ready to upload to our site.

Engraving is different from most other printing processes. Where your home or work printer may print in shades of grey or in color, the engraving process works primarily in black-and-white. Please check with your art department for advice on how to produce artwork to the requirements below.

• Vector-based file with no embedded raster (bitmap) images. PC or Macintosh. Fonts should be converted to outlines or included with the order.
• Raster (bitmap) file(s) should be at least 300 dpi at the size you wish it to print at
• File(s) should be Zipped or Stuffed

Once you click on the Checkout button in your shopping cart, you will be taken through the signup/login process. After logging in you will go to the Checkout page. Once your order has been processed, we will capture your engraving information.

Your engraving information can either be emailed to us, or you can upload your logo to our site then enter your engraving directly.
