However, standard industry turnaround times are often five to 10 working days, depending on volume.We are constantly looking for ways to improve our system and reduce turnaround time.Delivery times for individual orders will depend on the shipping method selected on the Check Out page. These shipping models apply from the time an order is fulfilled.

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust shipping depending on actual shipping costs at time of delivery. If an adjustment is required, you will be notified directly.

123-Awards.com will gladly replace any products that contain manufacturer flaws or defects (on the rare occasion that these slip by our staff) or mistakes that were made by 123-Awards.com during the engraving process.

However, under certain circumstances, and entirely at the discretion of 123-Awards.com, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and all associated shipping charges.
